Hermes was the God of travelers, trade, thieves, sports and the crossing of borders. He was also one of the Messengers of the Gods and Guide to the Underworld.

He is usually seen carrying a caduceus with two snakes coiled around it. He also wears a winged hat and winged shoes that fly him around.
